Our Pet Policy
AION allows residents to have dogs, cats, and service animals. All animals must be housebroken, and no breeding is allowed. Certain dog breeds and mixes (e.g., German Shepherds, Akitas, Chow mixes, American Bulldogs, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers, wolf‑dog hybrids, Pit‑bull terriers, Presa Canario, and Canary dogs) are prohibited. A Pet Addendum and photo are required. Pet fees: $300 one‑time non‑refundable fee per pet; monthly pet rent is $50 for the first pet and $25 for the second. Maximum of 2 pets per unit.
